1. Hire charges are based on a hire period of 1 day / weekend eg. pick up Sat
return next working day (Mon).
2. Longer hire periods can be arranged but may affect cost of hire.
3. All costumes to be returned on date agreed at time of hire.
4. Late returns will be charged at a rate of £5 per costume per day overdue.
5. A cancellation fee of £5.00 will be charged on each costume.
6. No refund will be given for cancellation on day of hire.
7. A SECURITY DEPOSIT must be provided on collection of goods hired. This
will be returned to the hirer subject to goods being returned in good
condition and on time.
8. If goods are lost or damaged in any way, the hirer will be responsible for
the cost of repair or replacement and as such we reserve the right to
withhold the above security deposit in the event of any loss or damage.
9. The security deposit does NOT necessarily reflect the cost of the costume. Further charges may occur if costume needs to be replaced.
10. A list of replacement costs will be available at the time of any issues occurring.
11. All prices are inclusive of VAT. Your statutory rights are not affected.
